Just like the full version of Icon Hear-iT 98, Icon Change-iT gives you virtually unlimited control over your desktop icons and cursors. Not only can you easily replace your existing icons with icons extracted from conventional .ICO files and .DLL files, you can also use .GIFs and animated .GIFs, giving you more versatility than any other icon utility your likely to find.
