Change the look of your Windows desktop automatically; you set how often. Cycle through a list of selected themes randomly or sequentially.

Wallpaper Changer
Works with or without the theme changer to automatically change your desktop wallpaper at an interval you determine. Select the wallpapers you want to use and then set the wallpaper changer to cycle through them sequentially or randomly.

Screen Saver Changer
Changes screen savers at an interval between one minute and several hours. You select the screen savers you want to use and set the screen saver changer to rotate through the list sequentially or randomly.

Icon & Cursor Changer
Replace virtually any icon anywhere and replace it with an icon from a standard .ICO or .DLL file. You can even replace desktop icons with .GIFs and animated .GIFs (the standard format for the Web). Icons can be changed with the Icon Hear-iT 98 user interface or by right-clicking most icons.

Quickly and easily change any Windows cursor, static or animated, for a new one you select. It works with standard .CUR and .ANI files.

Sound Events Changer
Makes changing Windows sound events a snap; even allows you to assign sound events to button clicks and any dialogue box displaying Icon Hear-iT 98's special caption button.

Desktop Effects
Select from one of several different "launch" and "fly-over" effects to change the appearance of your icons when you double-click them or pass your cursor over them.

Start Menu Banner
Replace the standard static Windows banner on your Start menu with any bitmap image (.BMP). Set the image to scroll up, down, right, left, or remain static.
